Sprouting is one of the easiest ways to turn beans, seeds, and grains into super powered foods. These foods do indeed contain a great selection of nutrients in their whole form but when you activate the germ inside of them, they transform into a powerhouse of nutrients!
Sprouts have increased digestibility, activated enzymes (which makes them a living food), increased vitamin content, combined minerals for increased assimilation (meaning your body will be able to use a higher portion of them), and they are also crispy and delicious!
In this class you will learn how to sprout, which foods can be sprouted, the nutritional benefits of sprouts, and take part in a bunch of sprouting recipes! You will even be supplied with your own at-home kit at the end of the night!

This is a 2 hour, fully interactive cooking class. The cost of the class covers all supplies and ingredients plus an information package with all recipes and detailed topic information. This class is also gluten free and vegan.
