Raving Raw is a fun and interactive raw food cooking class. You will learn the basics of raw food including the importance of raw foods in your diet, the acid-alkaline balance, the importance of living foods and enzymes, and how to easily incorporate these vital foods in your diet! If you have been interested in learning about raw foods but haven’t known where to start, this class will give you everything you need to begin your raw food journey! We will be making an amazing array of appetizers, entrees, and desserts like these:
- Raw Noodle Salad with Tamarind Sauce
- Sunflower Pate
- Raw Sushi (Maki Rolls)
- Zucchini Pasta with Marinara Sauce
- Decadent Raw Tarts
- Raw Goji Berry Brownies
If your mouth is watering then you know you’ll thoroughly enjoy this class! This is a 2 hour, fully interactive cooking class. The cost of the class covers all supplies and ingredients plus an information package with all recipes and detailed topic information. This class is also gluten free and vegan.
