After receiving wonderful reviews of the Raving Raw series, Natural Ginger now brings you the Raving Raw Special Edition class compiling the three part series into a single evening of raw bliss!  This class will bring together all the information we discussed throughout the raving raw series including the importance of raw foods, the acid-alkaline balance, the benefits of live foods and enzymes, how to easily incorporate more raw food into your diet, and much more!  Because we are also getting into the cooler temperatures, we will also discuss how to balance a raw food diet for the cold Canadian winters!

Where is the class located?

  • Cooking with Natural Ginger is located at the High Park Baptist Church on Roncesvalles. Click here for a map and directions. We will meet at the church and our class will take place in their fantastic, functional kitchen!

How much do these classes cost?

  • This is a special edition class being offered for $95.00 (+HST) with a value at over $135! This price includes one class with 6 dishes (all ingredients included), information packages, and a blissfully full belly!
  • With all these recipes we’ll need a little extra time.  This will be a 3 hour long class which includes all of the ingredients, the tools needed to make the wonderful dishes, recipes and information to take home, plus whatever leftovers there are to share with family and friends!

What do I need to bring?

  • All you need to bring to these cooking classes is your wonderful self, an apron (optional), some containers, and a positive attitude! The rest will be supplied for you.

When is it taking place?

  • Raving Raw Special Edition is being offered on Thursday February 16th as well as on Thursday May 3rd.  The class will begin at 7:00pm and end at 10:00pm
