I really enjoyed the class because it was really informative, inspirational and fun! I have a very limited diet due to Candida and I often lack inspiration as to what I should eat to accommodate this diet. I’ve been making the dishes I learned at the class, and especially the digestive kichidi has been a great success! Also I enjoyed meeting new people equally interested in health and nutrition, and the kitchen in the High Park Church was like a 50′s Mad Men setting.

I would like to share my amazing experience with Stephanie Ablett. I came to her when I was at my most vulnerable state. I had a 5 month old baby and a 3 year old at home whom were both battling colds and I had just been diagnosed with Shingles. I was extremely run down and pretty depressed. Stephanie was able to keep me positive and help my body to naturally heal itself. With the help of some amazing recipes, supplements and words of encouragement within 1 month I was healthy again and taking care of my family when they needed me the most. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone either well or sick to get themselves and their bodies back on track and living a healthy life. She’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff.

This smoothie cleanse was absolutely fantastic! I love how much I learned about smoothie making, and it really REALLY made me appreciate how lucky I am to eat whatever meal and foods I want whenever (when not on the cleanse of course).. But even on the cleanse, how lucky that I can have all these amazing fruits and veggies and honor my body this way! I absolutely loved it, thank you so much for creating this amazing experience!!!
I met Stephanie by chance at a wellness event. I was intrigued by the idea of her 3 day cleanse. I had considered other cleanses, but I didn’t really think that i wanted to starve for 3-4 days. I know my limitations. So, I did my reading, went shopping and cleared my schedule. Three days of healthy fruits and vegetables, blended together in just about any combination that you could think of. The combination of good nutrition and a little rest and relaxation was an excellent investment of time and energy for me. It was a great way to get myself on track and back to some healthy habits. The manual was awesome, and frankly it was huge value for my money. There is so much info that I will hang on to. Honestly, I have it printed and in a binder. I thought my skin looked great, and I generally looked better. Flatter tummy and an overall feeling of well being.
i learned so much from stephanie (and my own body) a few months ago during my first 3 day smoothie cleanse, that i just completed a second one – on my own this time. thanks to stephanie’s help the first time around, i knew how to prepare and what to expect. i was also able to apply this new smoothie knowledge while caring for my elder mom, who fell and broke her jaw and was unable to eat solid foods. thank you, stephanie, for awakening me to the wonderful and healing world of smoothies!
